1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 Tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 Tbsp ground turmeric
1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup ice
2-3 servings Pea Shoots microgreens
1 serving Red Cabbage microgreens
