Ingredients
Medium or large pre-made ready to bake pizza from your preferred grocery store
Bell Peppers (more colors the better)
Sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
3 - 4 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 - 3 Tbsp preferred microgreens
Preparation
Preheat oven to label instructions
Dice up bell peppers
Take pizza out of packaging
Spread diced bell peppers, mushrooms evenly over the entire pizza so that every bite will have some
Cover with Mozzerella
Sprinkle the Italian Seasoning evenly over the entire pizza
Place in oven with the crust directly on the center rack (make sure not to put any of the package in the oven
Cook to package instructions to preferred doneness
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack for 5 minutes
Place on a cutting board and cut the pizza to preferred number of slices
Add preferred microgreen on top and enjoy.
