Ingredients
6 Frozen Meatballs
2 Egg White Wraps (Pictured with Salsa Egg Life Wraps)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Preferred Microgreens
Preparation
Cook Meatballs per package instructions
Slice Egg White Wrap in thin strips to resemble choice pasta size (I use fettuccini width)
Heat oil and butter in skillet. Sautee "pasta" until heated through. Add alfredo sauce and cook until heated through
Plate pasta, add meatballs, parmesan cheese
Top with preferred microgreens
