Ingredients
1 grilled sausage
1 bag Coleslaw Mix
1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Onion Powder (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preferred microgreens
Preparation
Reheat grilled sausage by your preferred method (I used the microwave)
In a medium skillet heat the sesame seed oil on medium heat
Add the Coleslaw mix and other ingredients, cover and steam until wilted
Serve on a pretty plate. Add the sausage on top
Don't forget to add your microgreens ( I used Red Cabbage)
